How has your career led you to your role at Revolution?

I started out running a small “bedroom-based ” digital consultancy at 21 while finishing university, helping local businesses grow through digital. That hands-on experience taught me the commercial side early. Over the years, I’ve worked with businesses of every size, from startups to global brands, helping them transform through tech and strategy. That experience is central to my role as CEO, shaping strategy, building capability, and ensuring our work delivers real results.

What’s your biggest priority as CEO?

Making sure we deliver outcomes, not just outputs. I focus on keeping the business commercially sharp, building a team that delivers consistently, and ensuring every client engagement aligns with their growth targets.

What do you find most rewarding about leading Revolution?

Seeing our impact in the real world. When a client sees clear, sustainable revenue growth because of our work, and when our team thrives doing it, that’s what matters. I’m proud of the culture we’ve built. It’s high-performance, but also supportive. That balance is what drives results.

Which of Revolution’s values resonates with you most, and why?

Accountability. It’s the foundation for trust, both internally and with clients. We own the work, the outcomes, and the process. That’s how we stay sharp and keep improving.

You’ve got a competitive background, how does that shape your leadership?

Sport taught me discipline, focus, and resilience. You learn fast that performance is measured by results. That mindset’s stayed with me. I expect a lot from myself and the team, but I back them fully and make sure they have what they need to win.

"I always say that we’re only ever as good as the last thing we deliver, and that we always need to remember the why - why are we doing this? Is it going to create genuine revenue growth? That’s what helps us deliver sector-leading, sustainable growth for our clients."
