Chris is Chief Experience Officer at Revolution, responsible for shaping high-performing client experiences across CRM, marketing automation, and customer journey strategy. Since joining in 2018, he has led the delivery of large-scale projects and established himself as our HubSpot lead, supporting strategic implementation, lifecycle planning, and data-led performance improvement. He also plays a key role in internal development, building the systems and structure that enable our team to grow alongside the business. A cricket enthusiast, Chris brings a strong sense of teamwork and precision to everything he does, always focused on delivering consistent, high-quality outcomes.
