Olivia joined us in 2025 as a Content Strategist. Her previous experience in the furniture and automotive industries brought her exposure to both B2B and B2C copywriting, and writing for different purposes, audiences, and mediums. As a keen reader, Olivia brings a creative, educational approach to her role, whether it’s learning about our clients’ products and services, or assuring high-quality content through proofreading and editing. Her studies in Journalism & English Literature at Northumbria University and experience to date enable her to be a versatile writer, representing our clients’ respective tone of voice and values while creating content that performs.

What does your role as Content Strategist involve?

I create results-driven strategies for clients to help them reach their revenue goals, all backed by data-led insights. Whether it’s enhancing visibility in the SERPs, or increasing domain authority on a topic, my job is to create content that performs.

Which of Revolution’s values resonates with you most, and why?

Putting the team first. It’s part of what shapes our working culture at Revolution, where we support each other daily and help each other deliver great results. I enjoy working in a team where we celebrate the small wins as well as the big ones, and make a commitment each day to being better than the last.

How do you approach writing for different brands?

Through a deep understanding of tone of voice. When creating content for our clients, I ensure the messaging is clear and consistent, while reflecting the brand’s identity and values. I balance this with keyword research to ensure content is well-optimised for SEO and ranks higher on search engines to maximise visibility.
