As Marketing Campaign Manager, my role involves campaign strategy and execution, client growth and partnership, insights and performance, and continuous improvement. My role is to ensure cross-channel campaigns deliver high-performance aligned to our client’s growth goals.
Honesty. It’s so important when we’re working with clients to help build that relationship, instilling trust and confidence that we are the right experts to help them reach their goals the quickest. We’re not working together if we’re not working honestly.
It can be easy to get caught up over vanity metrics – the numbers that look good but don’t actually correlate with real business growth. That’s why before launching anything, we make sure we understand what the business actually needs. Then, we define success metrics that map to the funnel and design campaigns with conversion in mind from the very beginning. Throughout the process, we optimise for learning, not just performance, to help improve future ROI.
